Hi. I'm Jason.

Years ago, if somebody told me I’d be working in the Facilities Management industry they would have received a raised brow in return.  First, I hadn’t the slightest clue what Facilities Management was.  When I finally learned a sliver of what the profession actually did, I said, “Nope, that’s not for me.”  

 

Well, here I am decades later as a leader in the FM industry and I couldn’t be happier. What turned out to be a temporary job grew into a fulfilling career. I have had the amazing experience of working for top Aerospace and Defense organizations as well as mass media companies.  

 

I have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Energy Management.  I am also a Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP), and hold the LEED GA credential. 

 

The reason I started Facilivise is because I want to create positive change in a chaotic world, and we can do this by starting with the built environment.  Have you ever worked in a dingy dim lit facility?  It’s definitely not the type of environment that allows for much creativity or encourages productivity.  

 

My mission is to help businesses develop plans to run their facilities efficiently, effectively and safely. The world has been evolving rapidly over the past several years and now is the time to focus on our people and place; two of the most important elements required for long term business success and employee health and well-being.
